Reason for Request
Badges for returning CA students will use the student's most recent school photo. No photo upload necessary.

For best results:
- Use a white background or wall.
- The photo should not be too close-up.
- Save the file as a .jpg.
- Name the file: first-name-last-name-grade (example: mike-davis-10.jpg)

Do not hole-punch or modify the badge.

If your badge is misplaced or lost, you will be charged $25 for a replacement and must notify Security at Security@coloradoacademy.org immediately.
